THE GPS SPORT MEDIA PLATFORM 2027 ISSUE 1 • PRINT + DIGITAL Sportchology™ & Sportchology.com |
Game seven belongs here.
So does the comeback
nobody televised.
WhoseRock™ Publishing is preparing the inaugural 2027 issue of Sportchology™ and the launch of Sportchology.com, the magazine and digital foundation of the GPS Sport Media Platform.
Sportchology™ is about the fight in people. The weekend warrior returning from injury. The dad golfer chasing his personal best. The executive carrying pressure nobody sees. The founder turned down fifty times who still makes the next call.
The fight is familiar.
Compelling personal stories, expert perspectives and practical resources will explore preparation, pressure, rejection, resilience and the determination to win again.
The planned platform connects print, digital storytelling and searchable products, services and expertise, with opportunities for magazine advertising, website sponsorship, regional placements and newsletter exposure.
WhoseRock™ is seeking established media partners with the audience, sales capabilities and regional knowledge to bring this vision to market.
REGIONAL LICENSINGShared international editorial. Local stories, sporting identities and commercial relationships. | MASTER LICENSINGA broader opportunity to develop the brand across markets through an agreed licensing structure. |
Built to be kept.
Referenced for decades.
Sportchology™ is building a lasting library of sport psychology, with print editions intended to remain on shelves for decades and a digital collection that grows with every issue.
Every sport. Every level. Every aspect of the experience matters. Confidence, pressure, leadership, teamwork, injury, recovery, identity, parenting, defeat, achievement and life beyond competition all have a place.
Each edition adds to a reference collection that athletes, coaches, families and everyday competitors can return to as their challenges change. The ambition is enduring relevance: stories, perspectives and practical resources that remain useful long after publication.
One master licensing partner.
Six regional licensee areas.
Sport is global. The stories that make it personal are local. A reader should recognise their athletes, clubs, communities and sporting ambitions within Sportchology™.
Master Licensing Partner
The proposed master partner would lead international development, recruit and support regional licensees, coordinate shared editorial resources and develop advertising opportunities across participating editions. Common brand and editorial standards would connect the network, while each regional team brings local knowledge, relationships and commercial reach. Rights and responsibilities would be defined in the licensing agreement.
Regional licensees would build coverage around the sports their audiences live and play. Local editors and contributors would tell regional stories, develop relationships with athletes and organisations, and connect relevant advertisers with those communities.
PROPOSED REGION 01 North AmericaHockey, football, basketball, baseball and softball alongside soccer, golf, lacrosse, athletics, winter sports and the wider community sport landscape. | PROPOSED REGION 02 Latin America & CaribbeanFootball, baseball, boxing, volleyball and athletics alongside cycling, surfing, rugby and the regional sports that shape local identities. |
PROPOSED REGION 03 EuropeFootball, rugby, cycling, tennis and motorsport alongside cricket, handball, basketball, winter sports and distinctive national sporting traditions. | PROPOSED REGION 04 AfricaFootball, athletics, rugby, cricket and basketball alongside boxing, swimming, cycling and emerging sports, with stories grounded in local communities. |

Illustrative regional structure. Country editions, languages and any sublicensing rights would be agreed with the selected partners. Sports listed are examples, not coverage limits.
All sports. Every level. A place in the story.
Coverage would span women’s and men’s sport, youth and school competition, university and club teams, amateur and professional athletes, masters and adaptive sport, and everyday participation. Across every discipline, the editorial focus remains the human experience: pressure, preparation, setbacks, belonging, resilience and the determination to try again.
